These lasers are specificly designed for OEM, scientific and industrial use. Abstract A dynamically stable resonator for diode side-pump ing laser was discussed. A practical technique was de-scribed for measuring and calculating thermal lenses in diode side-pump ing laser. Two kinds of dynamically stable resonator were designed and compared using by two laser module which had different thermal focal length respectively and successfully imp lemented. the dynamically stable resonators had large fundamental mode radius, and could obtain 11. 2W TEM00-mode 523nm output power with 10kHz repetition rate, 110ns pulse width, 1. 8M2 and 1. 1% stability.The electrical-to-optical conversion efficiency and the op tical-to-op tical conversion efficiency were 3. 2% and 7. 4% ,respectively. Nanocrystalline ZnO films is prepared by using sol-gel process.ZnO films grow on a quartz glass subtractes.Photoluminescence spectra of nanocrystalline ZnO films with excitation wavelength 365 nm are measured at room temperature.Green emission is observed,its central wavelength is 523 nm.Crystal structure of samples is examined by X-ray diffraction(XRD) pattern,the mean grain size of nanocrystalline ZnO films are calculated by with Debye-Scherrer formula.The results indicate that nanocrystalline ZnO films films have a hexagonalwurtzite structure and polycrystalline and show sharp difiraction peak for ZnO(002),which indicate that assputered film was highly c.axis oriented.The mechanism behind the Green emi ssion is also discussed.The experiments prove that the lumi nescence emi ssion peak located 523nm corresponds to the transition from the shallow level of oxygen vacancy to the shallow level of zinc vacancy. |
