Dream
Lasers supply
many different types of high quality synthetic crystals. The
use of high quality starting materials for crystal growth,
whole boule interferometry, and precise measurement of bulk
losses using transmission spectroscopy assures that each
crystal will perform to customer specifications. Each rod
is inspected with a 532nm laser to be free of bubbles and
inclusions, Dream
Lasers maintains traceability on all material produce,
from finished laser material back to starting chemicals. |
With
advanced technology on growing and manufacturing state-of-the-art
fabrication
and coating processes enable Dream
Lasers to provide consistently reliable finished
product. Dream
Lasers provide a wide variety of finished laser
rods and slabs with high optical homogeneity, consistent performance,
high processing accuracy for R&D and OEM requirements, |

The
nonlinear optical (NLO) crystals are used in frequency
conversion for lasers. Dream
Lasers has a complete line of NLO crystals
including BBO, KTP, KNbO3, KDP & DKDP and LiNbO3
crystals. New NLO crystals such as CLBO and CBO
crystals are under R&D stage in Dream
Lasers. |

Laser
crystals are used to generate laser radiations. The
commonly used laser crystals include Nd:YAG, Nd:YVO4
and Nd:YLF for near IR lasers, and Ti:Sapphire for tunable
near IR output. Specifically, Nd:YVO4, for
diode pumped solid state lasers were developed because
diode pumping attracts more and more interest of both
R&D and OEM customers. The laser crystals supplied
by Dream Lasers
include Nd:YVO4, Nd:YAG, Nd:YLF, Er:YAG,
Cr4+:YAG, Yb:YAG, Ti:Sapphire and Cr:Mg2SiO4,
etc. We also provide a complete kits of crystals and
optics for assembling your diode pumped solid state
lasers. |

Electro
Optic Crystals: When an electric field (E) is applied
to an electro-optic (E-O) crystal, the refractive index
of E-O crystal will change linearly to electric field.
Acousto-Optic
Crystals: When a piezoelectric transducer is bonded
to an acousto-optic (A-O) crystal, it will generate
an acoustic traveling wave or standing wave in the medium |

Optical
crystals & glass, such as Quartz, YVO4,
Calcite, a-BBO, LiNbO3, Undoped YAG, Sapphire,
CaF2, MgF2, BK7, etc. are widely
used in IR optics and UV optics. Dream Lasers manufactures
high transparency and low loss optical windows, prisms,
lenses, achromatic lenses and parallel planes by these
optical materials. |
